    At the foot of the outstanding terroir of Brouilly, at Cercié our 20 hectare estate stretches across beautifully south-facing slopes. The granitic, stony and shallow soils of the Nord-Beaujolais are found here, characterised by their ability to produce high quality wines.

    Each plot is carefully cared for and nothing is left to chance. The implementation of a reasoned production process illustrates the will to respect the environment, natural regulation and observation. It is through careful work on the plots that David brings out the marriage of the soil and the Gamay noir grapes for the red wines and the Chardonnay for the white wines.
