Excellent growing conditions and a mild summer led to perfect ripening across most varieties. These conditions have resulted in delicate flavours for white wines with pristine varietal characters and beautiful natural acidity. Overall a high yielding vintage with high quality fruit. Sourced from long term growers in the Adelaide Hills, including the Moskos and Porter families.
Vinification
Bottled early to retain the varietal freshness. A portion of this wine was stored in old French barriques for 8 weeks providing complexity and mouthfeel.
Recommendation
Pair with roasted chicken, truffle butter and bitter green salad or BBQ king prawns with dill and lemon butter.
