Fresh Australian White Wine With Tropical Notes. A delightful, summery wine that is fresh, vibrant and crisp. The aroma is floral with notes of honeysuckle and petals. On the palate, this wine has citrus and tree fruit flavours including pear and apricots with a touch of honey and nuts.
This wine is semi-sweet with a smooth finish and great balance. Delicious in its youth, this wine will also be enhanced by a little bottle aging if you’re able to resist it for that long.

The fruit was crafted from 70% Marsanne grapes and 30% Viognier grapes, sourced from the Goulburn Valley vineyards in Central Victoria. The individual varieties were harvested separately over a three week period in March. Picking and crushing was completed during the cool of the night to maintain freshness. Fermentation at cool temperatures for 7 days in stainless steel fermenters has helped enhance the pure, fresh, clean flavours.
McPherson’s first established their winery in 1968. in the beautiful hills of the Strathbogie Ranges overlooking the vines that grow the grapes that make their beautiful, elegant wines.
The Central Victorian Winery has a world class bottling facility. they have an amazing ability to make wonderful wines at every level, and continues to amaze us with incredible wines. They keep their wine lots separately throughout fermentation and aging. The final blends are performed right before bottling, once the wines have evolved to reveal all their true character and complexities.
