    Fruit for this cool climate Shiraz was selected from a diverse range of vineyards across the Adelaide Hills.

    Harvested in the cool early morning, the fruit was destemmed with a large proportion of whole berries transferred into open fermenters. Parcels spent between 7-12 dates on skins before being transferred to new (10%) and older French oak barrels for 14 months.
