Traditional to the Turkey Flat style the Marsanne was picked early and pressed lightly, then this year fermented in barrel. The Roussanne was a little riper when hand picked and subsequently was treated whole bunch. Viognier was hand picked, chilled, crushed and saw 48 hours on skins before gentle pressing.
