    The grapes are harvested manually in late February. When they arrive at the winery, another careful manual sorting takes place, so that only the best grapes are used for the vinification. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks.

    The aroma contains fresh aromas of summer berries, such as strawberries and raspberries. The wine is crisp and well-balanced. 

    Phebus Rosé is suitable for summer light dishes as well as to enjoy as an aperitif.
