Aber Falls Distillery, the first of its kind in North Wales for over 100 years, is nestled between the Snowdonia mountain range and the Menai Strait. Aber Falls proudly present this early release of single malt Welsh Whisky. This whisky is distilled, aged and bottled in Wales, using 100% welsh malted barley and rock filtered water from the famous Aber...
Aberlour uses a mix of ex-bourbon and former sherry casks for most of its maturation, with sherry usually playing a prominent part. The 12 year old is ‘double cask matured’ in this manner and Oloroso sherry is prominent on the sweet nose, along with honey, almonds and wood. Christmas spices, sherry, stewed apple, honey and almonds appear on...
Bright golden amber in the glass, the nose offers honeycomb, vanilla and pineapple before a medium bodied palate of sweet red apples, apricots and creamy fudge. The finish is lively and fruity.
Matured in two types of casks, the traditional oak and sherry oak casks and bottled at a slightly lower abv of 40% than previous editions, this 16 year old Aberlour is bursting with lush plum, raisin and even floral notes. A cracking Speyside malt.

Bottled at 48% abv, this Speyside single malt has a big sherry character. The nose is fruity with sweet honeyed malt and espresso. The counterpart to William Grant's Aerstone Sea Cask, it's Land Cask! As you can probably deduce, if Sea Cask was matured in warehouses on the coast, this variant is aged in warehouses located much further inland. Another point of difference is that Land Cask is a smoky single malt thanks to the use of Highland peat, making for a sweet and smoky dram.
From William Grant comes Aerstone Sea Cask, a 10 year old single malt hailing from the Ailsa Bay Distillery. Its decade of maturation wasn't spent quite in the sea, though those maritime notes were still soaked up thanks to its ageing process in warehouses by the sea on the Ayrshire coast in Scotland.
Distilled at Girvan, overlooking Ailsa Craig, Ailsa Bay is the only Scotch whisky to undergo a micro-maturation whereby the spirit is first filled to small ex-bourbon casks for an intense rapid maturation, before being transferred to virgin, first-fill and refill American oak casks for several years.
This single malt whisky is produced with Indian barley using water flowing from the Great Himalayas at Amrut distillery outside Bangalore, India. Founded in 1948, it wasn't until 2004 that Amrut whisky made its European debut. This expression is bottled at 46% abv.

An Oa is a combination of spirit aged in Pedro-Ximenez sherry casks and bourbon barrels. Married in a French-oak marrying vat, this is rounded and smoky with notes of toffee, aniseed, date and banana
