The Finest Wines from France
The 2016 Beaune 1er Cru Les Grèves bursts with aromas of spiced plums and dark chocolate. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied with firm, chewy tannins.
Gorgeously intense red colour. The nose is expressive and spicy, featuring cherry aromas. Starts off magnificently on the palate, opening up to flavours of dark fruit (cherry, blackberry), spices, root vegetables and humus. Rich and powerful on the palate. This is a wine of great depth.
The nose suggests a harmonious blend of freshness and opulence, warm lemon tart, rich and honeyed, orchard fruit, green apple and nashi pear, all complemented by well-defined crushed stone minerals. 20% new oak here contributes texture and hints of vanilla cream - layered and long.
Good fruit, attractive flavours, lovely brambly Pinot aromas, discreet touch of vanilla.
This walled vineyard of 2.75 hectares forms an enclave within the Premier Cru of Vignes Franches. The name commemorates the former ownership by the Convent of St Ursula in Beaune but it has been owned by the Jadot family since 1826. The wines are silky-smooth and elegant with great suppleness. Louis Jadot regard this as their flagship wine: with...

Lovely finesse and display of toasty flavours, firm and clean finish.
This is a wine of great elegance with an expressive and airy nose whereas the flavors are deep, broad and powerful, cut from the same cloth as the Criots. There is a massive amount of dry extract and there is an almost chewy quality to the textured, hugely long finish.
Medium to deep garnet-purple colored, the 2016 Blason d'Issan features cassis, plums and earth on the nose with an undercurrent of bay leaves and tobacco. The palate is medium to full-bodied, firm and grainy with good concentration and length.
To celebrate their 40 year partnership, Champagne Bollinger has created a limited edition wine dedicated to 007, with a 2011 vintage. The sensations are the one of exceptional champagne. It has a gold colour, classic, and enriched by amber reflections given by the long aging. With ripe fruit aromas such as quince and honey as well as cacao, star...
The nose displays precise and fruity notes with a hint of sea-air. Aromas of cherry and lemon intertwine with quince and bergamot, followed by notes of hazelnut and almond, peach and mirabelle plum. On the palate, the initial sensation is a delicate effervescence followed by wonderful vinosity balanced with delicate acidity. Its very fine texture and...
2015 La Grande Année sees Bollinger on fighting form: striking the balance between opulence and elegance like no one else can. It is generous, voluptuous and refined, encapsulating what Bollinger aptly calls “the velvet bubble”. Its backbone of Pinot Noir gives depth and complexity, and will ensure good ageing potential. But it’s...
