Light, delicate soft pink hue. Bright, vibrant, ultra-fine bubbles. Refined bouquet of freshly-picked tart red fruit (wild strawberry, raspberry) and lemon scented flower petals. More than 20 years ago, Mailly Grand Cru invited all gourmets to discover a new facet of its range of Grand Cru champagnes: Blanc de Noirs, 100% Pinot Noir. A model of its kind, rich and delicate at the same time, it is today the ultimate expression of a privileged terroir which allows single grand cru blends of great precision.
Fine citrus aromas, pears and a note of caramel round off the bouquet. Fine mousse, creamy on the palate with a subtle sweetness on the finish (35g sugar per liter). The Grand Cru base wine is partially fermented in barrels and blended with reserve wines that are over 10 years old.
