Delicious aromas of strawberries and glacé cherries open into a rich mouthful of raspberry, red cherry and notes of fresh spring rhubarb. This is our take on a 'vin de soif'' try it lightly chilled at lunchtime.

60% fermented in stainless steel with natural yeast, 40% carbonic maceration. Limited sulphur used at press and again at bottling with wine left on gross lees for 12 months, MLF without inoculation.
Please note due to this wine being Biodynamic, it is totally unfiltered. This may give a cloudy appearance and there may also be some natural tartrate crystals in the wine.
