    In the heart of the Bergerac region, the Moulin-Pouzy estate covers 55 hectares of sun-soaked hills. Fabien Castaing, owner of the estate, comes from five generations of winemakers. He makes his wines with passion, drawing on the abundant natural resources and using sustainable viticulture methods.
