The 2010 vintage is a carefully crafted blend of Bacchus and Chardonnay. Hand harvested from low yielding vines, each component was fermented separately in new and old French oak barriques. Richness and concentration comes from a further eight months on yeast lees before bottling. Element 20’s strong sense of place is preserved through minimal intervention and, where possible, natural winemaking techniques. Fresh notes of citrus and vanillin complement a mineral silky texture and great length.
