The 2010 vintage is a carefully crafted blend of Bacchus and Chardonnay. Hand harvested from low yielding vines, each component was fermented separately in new and old French oak barriques. Richness and concentration comes from a further eight months on yeast lees before bottling. Element 20’s strong sense of place is preserved through minimal intervention and, where possible, natural winemaking techniques.
