The nose of this Champagne is intense. From the very beginning, the Pinot Noir is recognisable through its notes of undergrowth and yellow fruit, such as peach and apricot. A few drops of this champagne in your mouth and you are in the heart of almond, quince and undergrowth flavours. Its winery taste then disappears to leave room for the freshness of the Chardonnay.

This champagne Brut Grand Cru is a blend of the years 2005 and 2006, with 60% of Pinot Noir and 40% of Chardonnay. Served in a champagne glass, you will notice regular strings of tiny bubbles, giving this golden champagne a promising elegance! Served at a temperature of 7-8 degrees. It is a great classic which is a reflection of the winemakers blending style and it successfully expresses the true notes of the Bouzy terroir. Each bottle carries on the back label, the years of the wines in the blend and the percentages of the grape varieties.
