Pinot Noir gives this wine richness and a long finish, while Chardonnay from the finest soils of the Côtes des Blancs adds delicacy, liveliness and freshness. Pinot Meunier, mainly from the Marne Valley, gives this wine an appealing fruitiness and roundness.
