A fine example of a fresh, red fruit driven Pinot Noir from Bourgogne. Bags of fruit on the nose with a soft finish of velvety tannins.

At Domaine Poulleau they produce modern burgundy wines, they do however, take great respect for traditions.
All grapes on the domaine are harvested manually. The vinification takes about 12 days in large steel tanks. They then store the wine for about 12 months in oak barrels.
