This is a typical Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon with loads of dark fruit and dried herbs on the nose. Reminiscent of dark peppermint chocolate. The palate is full of lingering fruit and tight tannins. This wine is drinking well now, but will continue to soften over the next 7-10 years in the cellar..
