    The grapes were primarily sourced from parcels of Heathcote and McLaren Vale vineyards. The winemaking process for this wine was completed at our Hunter Valley winery in a combination of open top fermenters and stainless steel potter tanks. Maturation for the wine took place in a mixture of French and American oak barrels between 12 and 15 months after the grapes were picked
